These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and Ano Games ("we," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of Relax Block：Color Journey.
By downloading, installing, or using Relax Block：Color Journey, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the app.
This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. Parents and guardians who consent on behalf of a minor accept full responsibility for that minor's compliance with these Terms.
Ano Games may revise these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of Relax Block：Color Journey after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

- You are located in a country subject to applicable trade sanctions
- You have been previously banned from our services
- Applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits your use

Account Management
Your Relax Block：Color Journey account is personal to you. Here are the rules for keeping it secure and using it responsibly.
Security Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
What You May Not Do: Create multiple accounts, share account access, transfer or sell your account, or impersonate other users.
Account Suspension
Ano Games may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have been compromised.

What You're Allowed to Do
Ano Games licenses Relax Block：Color Journey to you — rather than selling it — on the terms described below.
License Scope: We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Relax Block：Color Journey on your personal device, subject to these Terms.
Your license does not permit: commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, creation of derivative works, redistribution, sublicensing, or removal of proprietary notices from Relax Block：Color Journey.

You're Buying a License, Not Property
When you acquire virtual items, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them in the game. You don't own them outright.
We May Modify the Virtual Economy
Ano Games may adjust virtual item values, availability, and pricing as we update Relax Block：Color Journey. We'll try not to disadvantage players who have already made purchases.
No Real-Money Trading: Selling or trading virtual items for real money outside the game is prohibited.

Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.
Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Relax Block：Color Journey content without prior written consent from Ano Games.

We cannot guarantee that Relax Block：Color Journey will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or external factors may cause service interruptions.
Third-Party Content: We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party services integrated into Relax Block：Color Journey.

Liability Cap
To offer Relax Block：Color Journey affordably, we must limit our liability exposure. Here's a transparent explanation of those limits.
We exclude liability for: loss of game progress, data loss, lost profits, missed savings, or other consequential or indirect loss arising from Relax Block：Color Journey use or unavailability.
If Ano Games is found liable for any claim, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.
Why These Limits Exist: Reasonable liability caps allow us to offer Relax Block：Color Journey affordably. They are negotiated terms that reflect a fair allocation of risk.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Protecting Ano Games
Indemnification means you agree to cover Ano Games's legal costs if your actions cause us to be sued. Here's what that means.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ano Games and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Relax Block：Color Journey use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.
We may choose to handle the defense of indemnified claims ourselves. If we do, you agree to cooperate fully and not to settle the claim without our written consent.
Notice: We'll give you prompt written notice of any indemnifiable claim and provide reasonable cooperation in your defense.

How We Handle Disputes
Ano Games is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Here's how we do it.
Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.
Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

How This Agreement Ends
Your use of Relax Block：Color Journey can end in several ways. Here's what happens when it does.
Voluntary Termination: Stop using Relax Block：Color Journey and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
After Termination:
- Your license to use Relax Block：Color Journey ends immediately
- Virtual items and currency in a terminated account are non-refundable
- Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect

Jurisdiction and Choice of Law
The laws governing your use of Relax Block：Color Journey are described in this section.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ano Games is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in Ano Games's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.
Consumer Law Exception: Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply to the extent they cannot be overridden by this Agreement.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this version and any translation, the English version prevails.
